Where can I purchase Gilman Creek Furniture?

Gilman Creek Furniture is sold exclusively through Costco. Availability varies by item, color, location, and online inventory. Visit Costco.com or your local Costco warehouse for current availability. 

Do you sell directly?

No. Gilman Creek Furniture products are sold exclusively through Costco and are not available for direct purchase. 

How do I order replacement parts?

Our Member Care team can help determine whether a replacement part or service is available. For faster assistance, please include your Costco item number, clear photos of the issue, and a photo of the Product ID Tag, if available.

How do I clean and care for my furniture?

Care recommendations vary based on the product material and upholstery type. Please follow the care and cleaning instructions included with your furniture. For product-specific questions, contact our Member Care team.

What warranty is included?

Gilman Creek Furniture includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Please visit the Warranty Information page for complete warranty terms, exclusions, and applicable consumer rights.

Where can I find my Product ID Tag?

The Product ID Tag is typically located beneath the furniture. It includes important information that helps our Member Care team identify your product and determine the correct replacement parts or service options.

Where can I get assembly instructions?

Assembly instructions are included with your furniture and are also available as a downloadable PDF on the applicable Costco.com product page. For select products, instructions may also be available within the Enhanced Content section of the product listing. If you need help locating the correct instructions, contact our Member Care team with your Costco item number and product details.

Select Gilman Creek products use FSC®-certified wood from responsibly managed forests that help protect wildlife, respect communities, and support environmental sustainability.

GreenGuard Gold Certified
Select Gilman Creek products are GREENGUARD Gold Certified, meeting strict standards for low chemical emissions to help support cleaner indoor air quality.

Certifications vary by product. Refer to individual product pages for specific material and certification details.

If you are a consumer residing in Québec, the provisions of the Québec Consumer Protection Act (the “Act”) apply to this warranty and provide you with rights in addition to those described here.

Legal Warranty: This warranty does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Act, including rights regarding the duration of warranties, the warranty of quality, or protection against hidden defects.
Parts & Service Availability: For goods costing more than CAD $100, manufacturers and importers must make available the replacement parts, repair services, or both, for a reasonable period after the product is sold.
Duration: Gilman Creek will ensure that replacement parts and repair services remain available for a period of five (5) years after the date of purchase.
How to Obtain Service or Parts: Consumers may request parts or service by contacting our member care team: 888-383-5980 or by submitting a request via our website’s “Contact Us” page. Proof of purchase will be required.
